The University of the Philippines Diliman – School of Labor and Industrial Relations (UP SOLAIR), through the Center for Industry Productivity and Competitiveness (CIPC), proudly announces the opening of the 24th Certificate Course in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management (IRHR 24) on March 14, 2026.

This certificate program is designed to equip Industrial Relations practitioners, Human Resource professionals, managers, and academicians with the essential competencies, strategic perspectives, and practical skills needed to navigate today’s dynamic and complex workplace environment.

Program Overview

The Certificate Course in IRHR consists of 20 topic sessions delivered through AM and PM classes, along with a capstone project presentation, conducted over 11 Saturdays. With a total of 72 hours of intensive lectures and training, the course provides a comprehensive and applied approach to Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, incorporating contemporary issues shaped by Industry 4.0 and 5.0.

Classes are conducted onsite and face-to-face at UP SOLAIR, University of the Philippines Diliman, offering participants an immersive learning experience and opportunities for meaningful professional engagement.
