We are proud to share that the School of Labor and Industrial Relations (SOLAIR) has been recognized for the on-time submission of its iAADS report for 2024 during “Kahusayan: Seremonya ng Pagkilala ng Kagalingan sa QA,” held on May 23, 2025, at the Gimenez Gallery, UP Diliman.
The certificate was received by Dean Melisa Serrano and Arman Mangilinan (in photo) of the SOLAIR-QA team, on behalf of the entire School.
This recognition not only highlights SOLAIR’s commitment to timely reporting but also excellence in quality assurance. SOLAIR earned a score of 79.37 (vs. 77.10 in 2021) based on the iAADS (Internal Academic Assessment and Development System) of UP. This score places SOLAIR 8th out of 72 units in UP Diliman and 16th out of 186 units across all UP campuses.
This milestone was achieved through the strong leadership of Dean Serrano and QA Officer, Dr. Virgel C. Binghay, and the committed work of the QA staff- Brian Anthony Gumiran and Arman, together with the invaluable support from faculty, REPS, and administrative staff.
As we look ahead to the external assessment of our programs, we reaffirm our dedication to sustaining a culture of excellence and accountability.
