For years, the Certificate Course in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management (IRHR) at UP SOLAIR has equipped HR professionals, business leaders, and aspiring specialists with a solid foundation in HR and Industrial Relations. Across the past five classes of IRHR (batches 18–22), participants rated the program highly on a 5-point scale with an average of 4.67. These consistently strong ratings reflect the program’s ability to meet the diverse needs of HR practitioners and leaders.
