REGISTRATION RELATED REMINDERS: ONLINE POST-ADVISING, CANCELLING, PREROG, TUITION LOAN APLICATION, & ASSESSMENT

Online Post Advising – Send an email to your assigned faculty adviser (check the Registration Guide for the email of your advisers). SOLAIR Faculty will post-advise you via CRS until September 1, 2022 (regularly check your CRS account for updates)

Cancelling – Students can cancel their pre-enlisted subjects under the Student Registration module of CRS, just make sure that enlistment is “Unlocked”. Should you need assistance, please coordinate with me (email- cbsulla@up.edu.ph – OR FB chat) for cancellation of pre-enlisted subjects. Include course/subject and schedule in your message. OCS will process this after the Waitlisting Period.

Prerog – Please coordinate with me (email or FBchat) include proof of approval from the professor/s in your message. This is subject to the approval of College Secretary (due to physical distancing for f2f sessions, there will be a limit in maximum number of students enrolled in each subject). It will be processed after the Waitlisting periods (August 29 – September 1).

Tuition Loan (Student Loan) – Application is through CRS. You can process your application once your registration fee is assessed.

Assessment – Once post-advised by your assigned faculty adviser, you will be automatically queued for assessment. No need to contact SOLAIR staff to request assessment. Assessment will start on August 29, 2022.
